1) Lentil casserole
2) Arroz con habichuelas rosadas {Puerto Rican rice & beans}

Three things I am looking forward to:
1) Graduating college w/ degree in elementary education & Spanish
2) Becoming a teacher in inner~city Philadelphia
3) Adopting a child from foster care
